After You Apply

We know the application process can feel uncertain. Here's exactly what to expect:

1. Email Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming we received your application and outlining next steps.
2. Scheduled info call
We'll email you to schedule a 20-minute call at a time that works for you. This is a chance to discuss your student's goals, ask questions, and ensure the program is a good fit.
3. Diagnostic Test + Decision
If we both agree it's a good fit, we'll send a diagnostic test (takes 60-90 minutes). Based on the results and our conversation, we'll make a final decision and send enrollment details.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We recommend building fundamental math skills first before intensive SAT prep. We're happy to discuss whether private tutoring or our foundations program (coming 2027) would be better preparation.

The complete application process typically takes 7-10 days from initial application to final decision. We'll keep you updated every step of the way. 

No. The application process is completely free. You only pay the $2,800 program fee once your student is accepted and you decide to enroll.

We finalize the schedule based on enrolled students' availability. If your preferred times don't match the options listed, let us know in the "Other scheduling notes" section. We'll do our best to accommodate when finalizing the schedule.

We offer payment plans (pay in full, 2 payments, or 4 monthly payments) to make the program more accessible. At this time, we don't offer scholarships for the founding cohort, but this may change in future sessions.
